I didn’t take the traditional path to coaching—I took the one that rewired me first.

After nearly two decades climbing the corporate ladder at Deloitte Consulting, leading high-performing teams and achieving what many would define as “success,” I found myself feeling empty. Despite the titles and accolades, something vital was missing: a sense of purpose.

That quiet inner calling—the one that whispers “there’s more to life than this”—eventually became impossible to ignore. As a single mom of three, I wanted to model more than success. I wanted to embody strength with softness, resilience with self-kindness, and a life rooted in clarity, not just achievement.

So, I stepped away from the noise and into something deeper.

Personal Transformation

There was a time not long ago when I felt completely disconnected—from myself, from joy, from any sense of purpose. Life had knocked me down in ways I never saw coming. First, I lost my brother to Covid. Then came the sudden, painful end of my second marriage. And just when I thought I couldn’t possibly take more, I lost the job I had devoted 18 years of my life to. Each of these moments felt like a breaking—but in truth, they were the beginning of my becoming.

I was emotionally exhausted, running on autopilot, and leaning heavily on coping mechanisms that numbed the pain but didn’t heal it. From the outside, I looked like I was holding it together. Inside? I was unraveling.

But something deep within me refused to settle for that version of life.

I knew I needed more than rest—I needed to rebuild. That meant learning how my brain actually works, understanding why I responded the way I did, and most importantly, how I could rewire the beliefs that were keeping me stuck. To reprogram the beliefs that kept whispering I wasn’t enough. I had to learn how to quiet the inner critic and finally listen to the part of me that was still fighting for more.

I became my own first client.

I traded numbing for healing. I swapped criticism for curiosity. With the help of tools like journaling, coaching, neuroscience research, podcasts, shadow work, affirmations, visualization, meditation, —and yes, the basics too: nutrition, hydration, sleep—I began to create a new life.

One where I felt calm without having to earn it.

One where I didn’t have to hustle for worthiness.

One where I could show up for my kids, my friends, and my purpose with clarity and love.

Today, I don’t just understand my mind—I lead it. I choose thought patterns that serve me. I feel gratitude daily. And I finally believe I am safe, supported, and enough.

And now? I help other women do the same.

Because I know what it’s like to feel lost inside a life that looks “fine.”

And I know what it takes to come back home to yourself—with brain-based tools, heart-led support, and a deep trust in the power of neuroplasticity.

This isn’t about a surface-level reset.
